Okay, I'm craving a smoke hard. I know it's supposed to pass soon, but what can I do to get through it right now?

Quick Tips to Beat Cravings:

  • Chew on some snacks. Spits, popcorn, or some fresh veggies are all good bets.
  • Play a game on my cell. 
  • Drink some water. 
  • Head outside for a walk or a run.
  • Do some deep breathing – long deep breaths through the nose and out through the mouth can help reduce cravings and stress.

If the cravings seem unbearable, consider taking stop smoking medications like the nicotine patch or gum. More info on that here.
